Like so many others, I came to the Vail Valley on vacation in the summer of 1996 and have been here ever since. I was intrigued by the endless outdoor activities that the valley offers, the picture perfect landscape, the unbeatable summers (too short in my opinion) and the small-town feel.  Prior to my Real Estate career I worked in the service industry where I cultivated valuable people and communication skills that come in handy as a Realtor.   Please note: I was voted Best Bartender in the Valley twice...true story...look it up in the Vail Daily. 

It is my goal, as your full service real estate agent specializing in Vail, Beaver Creek,  Minturn, Avon, Edwards, Wolcott, Eagle, Gypsum and every community in between, to provide you with superior service at all times.  After all...you deserve it.   My local expertise, extensive real estate experience and comprehensive website will benefit you whether you are considering buying or selling a home or are a returning client checking out the many homeowner resources I offer.

I live in Edwards and spend most of my free time on the River (mostly rafting and fishing), playing my guitar, skiing, playing Squash and chasing after my dog Kenya.   

 

Buying a home? I look forward to helping you select the home of your dreams by taking time to listen to your needs and desires.  I encourage all my clients to allow me to act as their Exclusive Agent (Exclusive Right To Buy contract needs to be signed) rather than as a Transaction Broker (no contract needed) so that I can work in their best interest and advise them to the best of my ability.  But it's ultimately up to each client.  I'm glad to help in either capacity.

Selling a home? My real estate expertise and many effective marketing programs will give you the exposure and edge needed to sell your home quickly and for top dollar.  In addition, you will benefit from my fluency in both English and Spanish since I am able to market your property efficiently to a booming Hispanic population and communicate effectively with those Spanish-speaking buyers.

Como la majoria de la gente, inicialmente vine al valle de vacación durante el verano de 1996 y decidí quedarme.  Quedé encantado con todas las diferentes actividades que hay durante las temporadas.  El dicho "vine por el invierno pero me quedé para el verano" es veridico. 

Vivo en Edwards y paso el tiempo navegando (o pescando) los rios, tocando mi guitarra, jugando Squash o correteando a mi perra Kenya.
