"My wife and I hired Julian Torres to help us sell the house we had lived in for the last 14 years. We found Julian to be very personable and attentive to what we were trying to accomplish. This was basically, finding a newer home in Gypsum or Eagle and to sell our current house. Our main goal was to sell our current house and to purchase a new house within as close of a time frame to each other as possible. Julian worked diligently to make this scenario succeed.
We did run into a problem with the closing of our home. The buyers did not show up for closing. Julian made the telephone calls to the buyers agent to determine what had happened. When it was determined that the buyer got disqualified for their loan, Julian arranged for a delay on the closing of the house we were under contract. He also worked with our sellers agent to allow us to unload a full load of furniture we had loaded into Prudential's moving truck into the garage of the house we were purchasing. This helped tremendously so we did not have to unload the truck and re-load it again once we were able to close on our new house. Julian also stepped up to pursue the release of the earnest money that the defaulted buyers did not want to release to us.
We were one of those once a decade "what else could happen" cases. Julian continually worked with us and all parties involved to make sure we were able to purchase our new home and sell our old one, even through all of the mishaps.
My wife and I felt very fortunate to have a person of Julian's dedication working on our side, never giving up or giving in to all of the misfortunate circumstances. Julian never said no or I can't. He always kept us informed on all developments and always returned our calls.
